Upon ordering, submit payment via etransfer to contact@5design.pro. You will then receive a receipt and be contacted by email requesting the logo file you want used in the clip. This file must have a transparent background. PNG format is preferred. You can expect to receive your download link for your new clip in 2 to 48 hours depending on our workload at the time.
